Completed PG in Community Health Nursing from the Padmashree Institute of Nursing in 2011 and is currently pursuing PhD under RGUHS and also completed MBA in Health Care Service & Post Graduate Diabetic Educator. He has worked as paper setter, Scrutinizer, evaluator and Practical examiner and also a member of the LIC team. He was holding the position of NSS Program officer and Member for faculty of nursing at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences, Bangalore. He has 13 years of experience in the field of Nursing- education he has published 10 research articles in National and International journals. He is the certified ENLS Instructor for the jeevaraksha, ENLS Course, RGUHS. And organized workshops, seminars  and public health camps in the community. He is one of the members in editorial board of journal “R V Journal of Nursing Sciences” Bengaluru.  Currently holds the position of HOD-Community Health Nursing at RV college of Nursing, Bangalore.
