Completed PG in Child Health Nursing from the Apollo College of Nursing and is currently pursuing her PhD at Chettinad University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. She has also completed M.Sc. in Psychology from University of Madras.  She is a certified BCLS and ENLS instructor. She is a life member of various professional bodies such as TNAI, ViKNOWA.  She is the editorial board member for RGUHS Journal of Nursing Sciences & R V Journal of Nursing Sciences (RVJNS). She is a paper setter, scrutinizer and evaluator at RGUHS & NIMHANS.  She has been a resource person at various conferences and webinars and one among them is Empower Parents, Enable Breastfeeding- Assessment of Breastfed babies. She has published 14 articles in National and 3 in International Journal.  She has also presented papers at National & International Conferences & one among that is International Conference on Revamping Nursing with Global Advancements in Health Care- Work Related QOL among Nursing Faculty organized by Krupanidhi College of Nursing, E-Learning amidst COVID-19 Pandemic organized by GINRA Foundation. She Currently holds the position of HOD – Child Health Nursing and Staff Welfare Coordinator at R V College of Nursing.
