Completed BSc nursing from Government College of Nursing, Fort Bangalore in 1990, MSc nursing from Dr.MV Shetty Institute of Health Science, Mangalore in 2002 and PhD Nursing from Vinayaka Mission University, Tamilnadu in 2016. 

Worked in clinical area for 13 years in different areas like Emergency, OT, ICU, Ophthalmic mobile camps & COVID Pandemic. Was a resource person for ICHAP (2005-2007) Program & GFATM programs under NACO from 2007-2010 for 4 years.Member in TNAI and KSNC. ESI Hospital nursing officer’s selection committee member in 2011 batch. Medical Surgical Nursing PG Guide since 2007 and LIC inspector under RGUHS and total teaching experience 18 years. Attended 30+ workshops in different areas in nursing.
