CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
To integrate classroom theoretical learning into meaningful practice, the college utilises the best speciality and super speciality government, autonomous and private hospitals in Bangalore city for observing and practising the Nursing Arts and Sciences that are learned in the laboratory or classroom under the guidance and supervision of expert faculty. Students are also posted to rural and urban communities, gaining knowledge regarding promotive, curative and rehabilitative health services available in the community. And they coordinate with other health team agencies, providing opportunities for conducting bedside presentations, demonstrations, nursing rounds, nursing care plans, and health educations. Students are also taken on visits to other advanced institutions to orient them to the advanced technology in the field of professional nursing from a current perspective.
LABORATORY FACILITIES
The college has well-equipped and spacious laboratories, viz., the Fundamentals of Nursing Lab, Nutrition Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab, MCH Lab, Anatomy and Physiology Lab, Audio Visual Lab, Biochemistry Lab, and Microbiology Lab, each tailored to specific nursing disciplines. At RV College of Nursing, we offer a comprehensive learning experience:
