Completed Ph.D. in Medical Surgical Nursing from the Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh. He has worked as paper setter, scrutinizer, evaluator, and practical examiner for KSDNEB and RGUHS. He was holding the position of BOS Member for faculty of nursing at Adichunchanagiri University, B G Nagar. He has 12 years of experience in the field of Nursing- education he has published 17 research articles in National and International journals and 06 additional certification courses and training. He is one of the members in editorial board of journal for nursing journals. Currently holds the position of HOD-Research and Development at RV college of Nursing, Bangalore.
